B.A.E.T.

A place where children and artists can learn, play and discover the joy of the creative arts, in a room that feels safe, encouraging and a little bit magic.

Why we do it

Workshops that meet children where they are, and gently take them somewhere new.

B.A.E.T. designs programmes for schools, organisations and partnerships. We can even distract the children with a prepared session for your private event, whether that's a wedding, birthday or social. Every session balances real craft with the freedom to play, so each child finds their own way in creatively: quietly confident, never put on the spot.

What we do

Four creative pillars.

01

Arts & Crafts

A gentle, hands-on way for children to express themselves. We set up four stations (oil pastels, watercolour, chalk and coloured pencils) and let each child explore the same image through different mediums. We love a bit of everyday recycling too: cardboard, paper and plastic become origami, masks and small creations they get to take home.

02

Dance

Children love learning new routines, and even more so the freedom to freestyle. We teach fresh choreography, exploring their current favourite songs, and give every child the chance to add their own moves, either solo or in small groups, before sharing it back with the room.

03

Drama

We explore acting through games and improvisation, gently encouraging the children to bring their imagination into the room. Every session ends with a small, friendly performance for one another, never pressured, always celebrated. This helps build their confidence!

04

Music & Vocals

We start with musical games to explore rhythm and beat, then move into simple warmups and breathing. Each session, we'll explore at least one song, whether that's pop or musical. Which ever suits you best, we build versatility while keeping things fun.

Case study

A summer of arts, dance, drama and song.

We partnered with the AFC Wimbledon Foundation to deliver a summer programme that brought all four creative pillars together. The children moved between watercolour stations, choreographed routines, improvisation games and vocal warmups, making new friends and finding their confidence along the way.

"It was an honour to be part of AFC Wimbledon Foundation's summer programme, We had an amazing time teaching and getting to know the children and all the incredible team."
